Advisory & Board Roles
Ongoing advisor or non-executive director — a trusted outside voice in the room during the decisions that matter. Formal governance or informal sparring partner.
Interim C-Management
Stepping in as interim CEO, COO or CRO during critical chapters — turnarounds, transitions, scale-ups or pre-transaction stabilization. Operator rigor, fixed-term mandate.
